Old School

It's been awhile since I've recorded onto analog tape. The quality and depth of the sound is beautiful, and it often demands that you make artistic and engineering decisions right there on the spot--there aren't countless tracks and takes. Tape is what we tracked on when I played some percussion overdubs on "My Man", the B side of Lanie Lane's single which is released today on Third Man Records.
